Because this site and it's members are like family, it will only be on this site. It took me a week to try and write this, but seeing how many of you complimented my son on his aerobatic accomplishments in the past, winning the US national glider aerobatic championship, I thought it would be appropriate to inform you of his passing. He was killed in a 4 wheeler accident, not aviation related last Saturday. His death was instantaneous with no suffering. His super accomplishments in his lifetime were so many. He was loved by many and will be missed by all. He was 52 years old. Paul

My sincere condolences.

Sorry for your loss.

so sorry Paul; my condolences.

My condolences. From what I've seen from your posts he lived a very full life.

Sorry for your loss.

Heartbreaking, please accept my condolences for your loss - given all that he had accomplished, it's a loss for all of us.

I am so sorry for your loss, Paul. Terrible tragedy. We are not supposed to outlive our children.

It is heartbreaking to read this. I am so sorry.

You're in our prayers

Oh my. Don't know what to say. So very sorry for your loss.

X2, unimaginable. One thing I know for sure, he couldn't have had a better Dad. You were a blessing as a father to him more than you'll ever know.

Thanks for sharing this with us.

I am so sorry for your loss, Paul.

I don't think there is any act that is more unnatural than having to bury your child. Our deepest sympathies and condolences. If there is any solace that you can take, it is that he certainly lived his life to the fullest, and looks like he accomplished more in his 52 years that hundreds, if not thousands, of people would have never accomplished in a lifetime.

Wow,sorry - NOT what I was hoping to read.
I can't say anything more....

- Doug
