I know practically nothing about your SAAB motor (unless perhaps it is a descendent of the TR7 motor?), but my guess would be that it would be better to leave the injectors attached to the rail; and to leave the camshaft in place while removing the head. As long as you don't move the cam or crank while the timing chain/belt is disconnected, there should be no risk of bending a valve. Usually the process is to turn the crank to TDC before removing the chain/belt, so it can be put back if it gets turned while the belt is disconnected. Obviously, they need to be in the right relationship when you reinstall the head.
