I assume that is Joe Lightfoot. I sold him an Austin Gypsy in 1989 when I moved from Sydenham ON to California. Wouldn't mind having it back to restore but already spent too much this year on old Land Rovers and the TVR.

Yes it is Joe and I know the Gypsy - I have more than once thought of taking it on.
 
It actually ran and shifted quite well 28 years ago but someone had removed the brake shoes, so it made for an interesting drive around my property. I bought it from Judge Henderson in Bath who had one or two others. I wonder where they ended up?
