OT - looking at new grocery getter: Volvo V70

Actually the one I'm most serious about right now is "1980 volvo 245 wagon 5speed". Cheap enough that I could do major stuff to it inside or out and it would still be inexpensive transportation.
Also the seller says: "<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic">runsdrives awesome</span></span>"
What more could I ask?

We've have several Volvo 240s, both sedans and wagons. Loved them all. Wish I had a nice sedan now.
