I was just hoping it didn't fall out of the photographer's shirtpocket when he bent over to take the interior shot!

I was wondering that myself, Nick! I suspect it actually is a Canadian-market Vitesse 6. That's assuming that the infamous "3rd picture" is the interior of the same car. It shows two small gauges hanging down, and I'm guessing they'd be the fuel and temp gauges found on the later Vitesse 6, along with the separate speedo and tach (not pictured). As far as I've been able to tell, most or perhaps all true Sports 6 cars had the big speedo w/fuel gauge incorporated, and a separate temp gauge. Another possible giveaway is that the wood dash appears to be the earlier "overlay" type that fit around the switches and controls, where the later dashes had switches and controls that fit to the wood fascia....

<span style="color: #CC0000">[EDIT]...which I realize doesn't make sense. Duh. Perhaps one of those gauges hanging down in the photo was an add-on gauge? The dash wood does seem to contradict my blathering about later dashes. :blush:</span>

Of course, only the commission number plate can tell us for sure....
