<span style="color: #990000">Thanks for asking John. No, we felt nothing- too far
away and Haiti is on a different tectonic plate than
we are. We get 30 to 60 earthquakes per month but usually
small guys R= 2 to 4.

I feel terrible for the folks in Haiti. A R=7 earthquake
in the Caribbean is huge, for us.

best regards,

Dale,

That is huge for anyone, anywhere, let alone on an island.

Instead of ordering that needed part maybe a donation to someone who needs help is in order.

I took Basil and Mallard's advice. One seat foam for my Spit can wait, I sent $100 to the Red Cross. Anyone else?

A 7.0 is huge for anyone anywhere I think - it will take a few days for it to sink in for everyone how bad this is. We chipping in tonight after I talk it over with my wife.
