Interesting carpeting. Odd mix of black (tops) and white (tonneau and hood sticks cover) with the red interior. Who knows what that switch might be where one could have overdrive. Looks like adjustable steering. And what is it with those askew TR3 door handles?
Some, but not many nor wholly unexpected, improvisations under the hood (these always exist on fifty-year old cars): temperature sensor tube routing, fuel and vacuum lines.
I'm not sure why the rock guards nor the wheels have been painted black, although it is a very nice TR3 color, isn't it?
The seats look to be in leather (which is not a bad indicator of earlier care) and the right side-curtain fit would inspire envy in may a TR3 owner. The tool kit looks about as depleted as mine.
I agree with the above comments: this looks, as presented, like a very worthy project car.
