Order of tuning operation

Is there an order in which things should be done. That is of the items a)points, b)timing, c)carb sync, d)mixture what order should they be performed. It seems obvious the points need to be done before the timing (since changing the points would change the timing) but where that fits in with relation to the others is what I am asking.
 
You'll need to go back and forth a couple times on the mixture and the carb sync because they influence each other. Idle speed and choke pull off need to be in there too.

I'd through a valve adjustment in there as well. I usually do that first.
