GT6 Opinions on what a rust free GT6 is worth

Sorry it didn't work out, my saga continues with this car.
It is a '72 with a '68 engine. Apparently the owner had a '68 that had alot of rust, bought the '72 with a bad eng and ...
The '68 has remains spread throughout the basement (bonnet doors wire wheels and so on). The '72 was buried so deep in crap I couldn't get at it. He upped the price to 3k for everything. It ended with him stating to give him a month to get the car out.
 
After 12 years I can't say, maybe in another 3 years ;)
