A lot of these sellers may have believed that their car is at a value that may have been a few years ago when times were better. I posted on another part of this site that I was at the Bonham Auction in Greenwich CT this past June. A really nice BT 7 1960, with all records, proper numbers etc sold for 35 K, and that was not what the owner must have received after auction costs etc. If you are buying this car as an investment consider the cost of parts, the proper numbers for the VIN and Engine etc. Given the results of the previously mentioned auction I would be reluctant to invest in this at the price.
