Opera Browser and BCF?

What is it about Opera not bringing up the BCFs web site? I'm using IE now but use Opera for everything else. I've tried to change the settings to no prevail. It used to work until Opera upgraded, (downgraded) it's self. Any clues? I like Opera because it's faster than other browsers, there must be a solution to make it work again. PJ

I'm using latest Opera (39.0.2256.71) under Win10, and BCF comes up fine for me.

I use Safari mostly but no issue for me with Opera. What happens or doesn't happen? Do you get anything or just blank page?

I get nothing but the indicator that it's trying to log on, but it just keeps going and going with no results. Crazy as it never happened before until after the upgrade. PJ

I just tried Edge and the site popped right up on the screen, Opera still doesn't work! Bummer.

Paul - what happens when you try to reach BCF using Opera? Do you just get a blank page with the spinning "connect" icon?

Edit: try going to Opera's address line and type in:

Nope, doesn't work! Has to be an explanation for this. I have a paid malware program, a paid anti virus program and various maintenance programs, including defrag, which have sanitized this computer to an almost new state, but nothing seems to get rid of this problem. I'm thinking of removing Opera completely and reinstalling it. Well see. Thanks for all the suggestons, much appreciated. PJ

I FOUND THE PROBLEM! :encouragement:Opera has "Opera Turbo", which I had turned on to make it run a little faster and just found out that the workings of the BCF site doesn't like it for some reason. I turned it off and now everything is back to normal! Learn something new every day. So I'm back in business. :applause: PJ
