opening a dission, 948 scrap it or find a new home

Ok, I listed the 948 on ebay a couple of months back. This is a rebuilder only, condition unknown. I didn't have any interest. Would you guys try to list it again or put it with the scrape pile? I have another engine in parts as well as a smooth case trans. Should I try to sell this stuff? Does anyone actually use the 948 and smooth case anymore ?

Just a couple of quick questions. Is it a 9C or a 9CG block?
Where in Minnesota are you located? If I could get it to Michigan, it may have found a new home.

9-C and 9-M Duluth Because of the wieght and holiday season approching I can't imagine it would be cheap to ship.
