Bugsy IV got another present this week. New 15" Moto-Lita Wheel ordered from MOSS - UK.
As delivered with present Exchange Rates $234 7 Change Delivered from UK in 2 Days.

So if your BE needs some Bling for Christmas, hint, hint to your "better half" now is the time to buy.

Also there are other wheels available at the Moto-Lita Web Site that MOSS does not carry. If things go right this gets installed this weekend.

Thanks, New Red, Yes RED Convertible Top arrived a few minutes ago as well. Fabric/ Color matches his Tonneau Cover. It's an early Christmas for Bugsy.

Seeing that reminds me that I need to re-finish mine (which has seen much better days).
Very nice.

Moto-Lita wheel was one of my first "gifts" for my Bugeye. Still makes me happy every time I sit in the car.

And plans are to install the wheel today. Pics to follow when I am done.

Simple to install. I opted for screws rather than Allen Head Nuts. tightened all from the back with a 5/16" Ratchet Box using only finger pressure so as not to accidentally have a screwdriver slip and scratch. It's Purty. So imagine a Red Dash with Speedhut GPS Speedo and Matching Tachometer. The bling isn't done yet.

I have the screws too. Yours is SWEET.
Now to re-finish my aging thing.

Visually the steering wheel does not seem like it is aligned straight. How should the plinth be aligned or does that make any difference. My fingers feel like they are making contact with the dash at the same distance. Maybe it is the dash top the way it curves maki g it seem that way.

No there is a difference almost 3/4"
further away on the right side. Rotate plinth? Is that a possible solution?

Jim,
The steering shaft is at a pretty good angle and the original plinth only fits one way...yours doesn't look out of order.

Ok just checking. As long as plinth can only fit one way I should be good to go. Now to fit the tonneau cover. I think top will need to wait until it gets warmer. Time to order some new gaskets fir hardtop and sidecurtains. Spent about 45 minutes out and about testing my new wheel really feels good. Changed from ball cap to Carhardt Sock Hat and winter Jacket. Everrything feels good on Bugsy. Need the tonneau on a day like today but only a few of those left before salt gets on the streets.

Yeah, I agree. Yours looks fine.

I think it is all right also. My steering wheel is slightly cantered to the left which is the same way the three steering wheels I have had my hands on in the last few years

OK I feel better now. I'm good. Now if the holes for the short tonneau had been drilled in the correct place It would certainly make it easier to fit the tonneau, at least the Center hole is exactly in the middle. I can reference from a correct starting point. On one side the RR Fender was replaced and there are no holes drilled on that side. I'll use a string and pencil method with some interecting circles to make things symmetrical on both sides and measure from different reference points. I quit working on it tonight. Need to noodle on the problem instead.
