I got the clutch bled Monday without much effort. Having the Rivergate slave cylinder on a hose instead of a maze of pipes makes it much easier. Remove two bolts and pull the slave up over the fender right by the master and push the air bubble up instead of down. Just a couple of tweaks Tuesday, including wheel alignment, then we drove him up and down the street a few times for about a mile total. Also got to use all 5 gears and the U-joint never seemed to hit the tunnel inside. Life is good. Here we are in the "hi-tech" alignment shop then two more outside just to prove it moved.

He sure is handsome, wondering how he got his name? Finally, being back on the road makes it all worth it.
I'm one step forward then two back it feels like at times. Seeing yours gives me hope for my baby. She's a pretty thing, just need to stay motivated to finish her.
Thanks for the pictures and a kick in the ass.

Oops. It appears I had misspelled his name. I have corrected it here but there are other threads with the wrong spelling. I'm leaving those. And fordmstr, in case you really don't know the name, Onslow was one of the main characters in "Keeping Up apperances", a British sitcom from a few years ago.

No I didn't know but I checked on YouTube and enjoyed some of the shows. He just said whatever without worrying about what anyone else cared. Thought his getting his TV to work brought back memories of the old days and the backfiring of the car was a Blast!
Checked out your trip to Hawaii, my wife and I joined our daughter, husband and 3 grandkids for a 50th anniversary gift from them to the big island and also Oahu last summer. We had a great time, but many hours of flying involved to get there.
Hope to have my midget back on the road soon, finally off the jackstands. Just working out a couple of bugs. Still need to paint the exterior and reinstall the interior and windows and body seals and and and.

What a great looking - and driving - Sprite. Congratulations!
