Online auto parts houses...beware!!!

Agree; dispute the charge. Shouldnt matter if it is unbilled or not. You have the right to dispute/reverse the charge until the issue is resolved.

I bought a set of wheels for my wife's X5 from a vendor a couple of years ago. They were advertised as new but were clearly used (one was even repaired). The vendor refused to let me return them. I disputed the charge. They reversed it, which really irritated he vendor. The dispute was ressolved in my favor and I sent them back. There's a form they'll send you to describe the issue.

You have alot of rights when paying with a CC.
