One little GROMMET!!!

I heated mine a few seconds in the microwave before installing.
 
Huh?!? You mean you put the grommets in THEN managed to stuff the lines thru, right? I backed down from that method remembering a previous attempt resulting in shearing a grommet at its center.
 
Problem with all the suggestions - except the microwave one, gotta try that - on this particular grommet is that its so fat!
