STOP!! Never post your email address in open forums. Bots can "harvest" your email! If you must share your email use a Private Message or use the 
smilie in place of the real @

I have Cox internet service and Cox.net as an e mail server but Cox has just offloaded e mail to Yahoo. I can keep my cox.net address but when I got transferred over and back on outlook as I hate the way Yahoo does email I found that most of my email were gone. All the sub folders had vanished and I have emails in folders from 2022 but nothing newer. I have not changed my desktop to the Yahoo settings so It still has the emails saved but I cant see how to archive the emails.
Both laptop and desktop use Windows 10 but I think it must be different versions of Outlook. the laptop has the File Home Send Rec bar across the top but the desktop must have a different version of Outlook that does not have the same top bar. Any suggestions as to how to archive my email?
