Spent lots of time in Sarasota.... Siesta Beach one of my favorites.

Several, Billy. And I really wanted to! Had to drive back here, so no mid-day imbibing. Durnit. At noon they took a break for lunch and I had to be there to take a group shot, too. feh.
And I didn't slither back to th' Circle. Place was a zoo! Even in August I was seein' tags from NY, Jersey, Ohio... those folks are nutters. Come down in February like NORMAL snowbirds! *sheesh*
EDIT: And the resort is all the photos in their on-line show and more. Place is absolutely spotless, staff are exceedingly friendly and professional. Food is superb. Friday eve I had a salad and "Seafood Pasta" with enough on the plate to feed two regular humans... it fed one Doc, washing it down with a few beers. I think the other eight folk at table consider me a glutton now.
