Yikes. And, as you write, somebody passes him! I might have thought it would be hard to see far enough ahead to low down for trouble. What about a stray pebble or bird or... whatever?
 
That would probably leave a mark if he put the bike down at that speed. And, he gets passed by a station wagon of all things.
 
German station wagons are fast.
 
Lotta fork wobble at that speed..........at least too much for me!
 
The most dangerous thing on the German autobans is American drivers doing 55 (or now 65) in the fast lane!!
