Old piston heads for sale.

Honestly I don't know if they are worth anything. I just got brand new piston heads and have no use for the old ones. I figured i would put them up for you guys/gals to buy if you were interested in them. Maybe you can refurbish them or something like that, but other wise they are going in the trash.

These came out of my 72 Mg midget. They are the standard size.
They only have about 35,000 miles on them.
If anyone wants them just PM me. I know shipping cost right around $11, and that will be included in with the final price.

Thanks to all. And if no one wants them, no big deal, ill just toss them.
 
Whew! When I read the thread title, I was worried that Basil had put the BCF up for sale. After all, most of the people who visit this site are a bunch of old piston heads. :jester:

Honestly the paper weight thing isn't a bad idea.
 
Hey Falcon, If you don't sell them I would encourage you to toss them in a recycling bin somewheres. No point in putting all that metal in the landfill.

. I haven't a clue who would even want them for free! 15 bucks and probably 30 bucks for shipping, pretty expensive for a junk set of pistons! Trash them in a recycling bin. Just think, you might be making a contribution of metal for a new Honda, or something. :devilgrin:
 
put them in a box on the back shelf. as soon as you throw them away, someone is going to come along and say, "I need one piston head, don't care about condition." Or, make 4 matching trophies.
 
In th' hovel garage we have one 350 Chebby piston and the #12 from a Ferrari V-12 as ash trays.

Best repurpose we could come up with. :jester:
