Very good for manual focus! Nice of him to stay still long enough
 
And this video well details why I got a replacement for my original, fungus polluted one. Even as a full manual it produces excellent images, whether at ∱22 or ∱2.8.

That was an interesting review...I can see why you want to keep it! I think I would too.
I had to chuckle though. At 2:12 - 2:16 in the video, the guys says the lens has a 58 INCH filter thread size. Yikes! That much really be a beast to carry around! I'm sure he meant mm.
 
Not sure what he was on about WRT contrast or saturation, I took the 90mm with extender out just now and with ISO at 2500, 1/600th and ∱11 in sun, ∱5.6 or 4.5 in shadow, these were fair results, AFAIC. Most things here are either green or brown now, the pink flowers are bougainvillea, apparently they don't mind less water.
