Walter, How did you make out last night? Any damage? Some tree damage here, no one hurt! :encouragement:. Broken Arrow got hit. PJ

It looked like both you and Walter were in its line last night. Here in north OKC, we got about 1/2 inch rain and nothing more. Hope you both came through well.

We managed to avoid any damage other than a few limbs down in the yard; storm sirens went off in town but no funnels touched down within ten miles of here. Good to know both of your guys weathered the weather without any issues.

Stay safe guys.

Mother nature can be pretty violent at times, but I feel for those people who lost their homes and those who had severe damage to theirs. I think around Tulsa there were over 20,000 people without power. Not much you can do other than crawl into a hole and wait it out. Underground storm shelters are the norm around here. We got around 3 inches of rain, I understand some got 12inches, can you imagine! PJ

We got a little over an inch here. We have had 11.72" in the past month which broke the previous record of 11.66" set back in 1957, right now we are a whopping 8.25" of rainfall ahead of our average. It is really good though because some of our lakes were at critical levels.

And the Southwest and now the Northwest are suffering a terrible drought. Maybe the Okies will come back to OK from CA...
