Spitfire OK then but will it run

And yet... as of 6:00 p.m. on 6/21/17 there are SEVEN bidders. There is not much Spitfire left on that car.

How much Bondo do you think they used to sculpt that transition to the hood bulge?

About as attractive as dog turds squashed into a rug in July.

I always wonder why people with no taste think they can improve on the original. They never succeed. Never.

I dunno. The hood bulge does look a bit scary but other features appear to be well done. Not my cup of tea but at $1500 not much in it's class. Interesting car if nothing else.

I see the radiator in the boot...3-4 inches between it at the taillights...those rear louvers must be for radiator...but what is the screen looking thingamabob where the license would fit?
Put a low clearance EFI on top of that lump and you might get the bonnet extrusion to disappear.

Perhaps if the air flow is front to back the screen might discharge heated air. And with the EFI you might get an increase in power too.
