There are so many different opinions on this that I hate to make a recommendation. Personally, I find that RL MT90 works very well, especially with OD.

I think they will recommended the MT90 for both the boxes but it would be interesting to know.

Not withstanding what Redline's product locator says I was unable to find their gearlubes (as opposed to their engine oil) in any of the chains in my area and wound up getting it out of a Baltimore mail order speed shop.
