Oil Seal Sleeve......This is getting to be a pain

Now, any suggestions out there on the proper way to remove the "oil seal sleeve" off the crank? That little bugger seems to be snugged up on the crank nice and tight. I need to take it off, followed by the oil thrower, to get to the chain sprocket. Part of the process of pulling the cam. Part of the process of driving my wife crazy and me into the dog house. She just doesn't seem to understand....
