I got an oil pump rebuild kit today. It contains all the wearing parts, but not the alloy body. Cost $70 less than a new pump. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
The bad news is that there are a few "burrs" on the surface that spins against the side cover. What should I do? File those burrs off? Lap the whole surface? Send the kit back?
