Oil pressure for BT7?

Hi gang! I finally found the time to go pick up my BT7 -- it's been in storage since I bought it. Drove it home on Saturday from York PA to DC, and she was a delight to drive.

I've got a quick question about oil pressure. She was consistantly reading around 40 or so while driving for almost the entire drive home. Not sure where BT7s are supposed to be. I always thought a little higher was preferable.

Any wisdom is most appreciated!

Folks would usually like to see around 50 but I don't think 40 is terribly low. Maybe a change to fresh 20W-50 oil would bring it up a bit.

Mine starts at 60 and goes to 40 after when she gets hot.

It stays there no matter how hot she gets and idle down is just over 20.

Just to close the loop on this issue, I double-checked my BT7 today on the way into work, and she did the same. Starts around 60, goes down to 40 while hot, and idles a bit higher than 20.
