This photo looks weird, but shows the area where the
angle drive mounts against the overdrive unit which, in turn,
attaches to the speedometer cable.
12:00 o'clock, approximately, shows the area. At 6:00
o'clock is the reflection in a mirror so you can look up
into the area.
Therein I beleive I see the rubber "oil seal," that should
be holding back oil from coming out.
Nonetheless, oil has kind of spurtted out from there as I
drove it. Does this oil seal look in need of replacement
or will it be cool once I get the speedo angle adapter
and retainer to hold everything in place. Don't want to
drive until the leak is fixed/the speedometer is installed.
