Oil Galley plugs and 1275 rebuild question

At the machine shop where the block a cleaned and such, I had them tap the oil galley plugs with screw in allen plugs insered with some type of white loctite sealant.

Now I'm cleaning and engine and wondering if I should remove the 4 plugs to clean them with a brush or should I assume they're clean. They're certainly in their tight.

I would pull them. It is easier now than when the engine is in the car. You can trust that they are clean but will never really know.

By all means remove the plugs and clean the passages. Don't ever assume anything when it comes to engine machine work. I typically clean mine with a variety of solvents and bore brushes. I've never found any yet that were clean enough for my taste after returning from the emachine shop. (I always measure everything to double check the work, too.)
Don't forget the oil passages to the bearing journals,the one that feeds the head, the relief valve, and the oil pressure feed from the pump to the filter.
The sealant used is probably Loctite pipe sealant with teflon. Good stuff.
