spin on type for my moded 948 to a 1275 filter.

I never have any luck with the search.

Brand and model number??

Wix 1348 is what I use.

Maybe it is Wix 51348 and Napa Gold 1348... I forget which one has the prefix, but they are the same filter.

Correct Bill, but when I first got my midget it gave me a filter # that fit perfect while the engine was out of the car, but was too big to remove once the engine was in place. It might have just been a fluke. I then chose the 1348 because of its compact size, and I had access to cheap wix filters.

Thanks guys.
