I've had one for over 10 years and I use it all the time for more than just changing the oil. I bought mine from Griots Garage and it has worked flawlessly up until I broke the handle a couple weeks ago. But in addition to a very impressive product, I was recently equally surprised by the fantastic customer service. Here is my email thread (start at the bottom email and work up):

Thank you for your e-mail and your continued interest in Griot's Garage. I am sorry to hear that your Multi Fluid Extractor is broken. Sadly at this time we do not have any replacement parts for this unit. However, we would be glad to exchange this unit for a brand new one, if you so choose. If you would like to do this, simply e-mail me your billing address information and I will have a new one shipped to you. Once you receive the new one, use that box to ship the old one back in.

I have owned your Multi Fluid Extractor (Item 10115) for about 10 years. It has served me very well, except that recently I broke the handle used for pumping and extraction. Do you happen to sell a replacement handle? Also do you sell a replacement set of extraction tubes. Mine are starting to get warn out after 10 years.
