A friend lives on the beach in NC. Said they have constant patrols on 4 wheelers up and down the beach to remove the single people walking dogs or just walking alone. Seems walking on the street parallel to the beach is OK.

I've heard of a lot of (insert vulgarity here) like that going on around the country right now. Seems like government over reach to me.
 
That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Goes to show how trigger-happy some people are when it comes to stripping away civil liberties.
