I was going to jot down each day's HIGH and LOW point. But quickly realized the first day that any time spent on vacation is a HIGH. And when that time is spent in a LBC, how could there possibly ever be any LOWS?

An awesome, nearly perfect trip. Only LOW would be coming home I suppose. I'm sure, in another life, I was a gypsy. Because if it weren't for family and friends, I'd never have to go home.

Planning the next trip already. Either down the Pacific coast to the Mexico border or Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, upstate NY (again, of course to see George Herschell again!) and points southeast.

Pics to come. Soon as I sort through about 4000 of them!

Glad to know you're home safe, and had a great time. If you decide upstate NY try to time it with the Vintage Grand Prix festival in Watkins Glen in September. I promise you won't be disappointed. And there is nothing that will stop me from finally meeting up with you guys if you come through again. I greatly regret that to this day.

Sounds like a fantastic trip!
Did Fred and Ethel go?

Glad you guys enjoyed it; sounds like a wonderful experience.

Now it's time to head over this way!

I like the idea of the Mexican border via Vermont and NH.

Glad it was a good trip for you, and that you're home safe.

oh and welcome back Jaybird

Soooooooooo glad the trip was a safe, not-so-sane, and exciting experience. If you want to do a New England trip, I'll share the routing we're going to use to go to Northport, ME at the end of August-British Car Club Marque Triathlon. We'll be caravaning from Doylestown, PA. with a group of T, A & B series MG's. Hope we can keep up.
And if you do any traveling in the Balto area, always a bed available.
