Wanted to share these with the TR folks who are more
familiar with me and the hateful Crypt Car.
A mechanic, I ain't, everyone knows that.
But I can refurbish just about anything I can take
apart. Yup I am good with Smith gauges.
My TR was built in 1968.
In 1968 my grandfather gave me one of his old Penn
reels and a Mitchell saltwater rod. All these years
I have kept them with me. Only thing of his I have.
Working on the Crypt Car has given me the courage to
tackle a major refurbish of my grandfather's gift to me.
Felt good to work on something older than Crypty and
have it fully functional when I was completed with it.
Too many failures with Crypty. I needed something positive
to lift my spirits.
Goona catch me a tarpon, I am!
