Of Pans and Bonnets: got a '6 hood for sale?

The good news is that I finally got my new floorpans welded in, and they look great! Took it to a British car shop who knew how to keep structural integrity while they welded.

The bad news is that I found out why my hood (bonnet) won't stay closed. My car had a ding sometime in its life and the hood was straightned out with filler. I'm usually pretty good at spotting this, but hey: it's hard to see, honestly. The mechanic advised me to "get a new or good used replacement" before I repaint.

I see that new bonnets are 750-900 bucks. Anyone got a TR6 bonnet for sale? Any recommendations?

I saw a brand new one on ebay last week that didn't meet the $450 reserve and was pulled. Run a search on ebay and make the guy an offer.
