Hi all
So this is going to sound odd, but I am building a prop for a charity group who do work for kids and fund raising etc and hit a snag while building them a laser cannon, then was showing an older chum of mine some of the pictures and he said the bit I was looking for looked very much like a suspension unit from an old car, possible hydrolastic suspension, but couldn't say what so I thought I would ask here.
So it's going to be a pre 1980's car, probably British as the film prop guys raided several scrap yards, although I have been told its looks very citreon'ish (I know a swear word on here lol) and I have to apologise as its a crap picture but there are really any good pictures to be had. It has also been said it could be off a van or small lorry, and I have ringed it in red in the picture.
So if anyone has any ideas and I will take real long shots at this point please feel free to post.
Many thanks for your time.
Don
psm ignore the legs as I guess these were added by the prop guys, its just the main cone shaped bit.
