New loom. Designated wires go to each; the gearbox switch, centrifugal switch, OD switch, and throttle switch. Nothing on the switches or the wiring diagram indicates there is a correct side of each switch for wire orientation. In other words does it make any difference which wire goes to what terminal as long as it is to the correct switch? BTW, 100-4.
 
As long as it it a mechanical switch it does not make any diference which wire goes to which.However, a factory wiring diagram should show the color code of the wire versus the swirch terminal ID and clear the problem up for you.
