Hondo, I was wrong about that spacer/shim. That was for the reverse shaft. However, the newer units recommend a plunger, short spring and spacer/shim for 3rd/4th, plus a pull weight equal to reverse which is 26 to 28 lbs. 1st/2nd is left at 32 to 34 lbs.
