Hard to beat an MGB. They're literally the symbol of an era, made from '62 thru '80 and exported all over the planet. It was relatively easy to obtain an MG dealership franchise then, so there were large numbers of dealers, too.
In the day, practically EVERYONE has one, or knew someone who did. That's why they're popular now, and I think the MGBs popularity will last for a long time into the future. Nice styling, fun to drive, easy to work on, good fuel economy.

, but as far as the car goes, there's nothing like an MG. Even today, young folk generally know what a B is when they see it.
Not so for most Triumphs and other Brit cars of the period.
Heck, I'm even thinking of going over to the dark (MG) side soon . . . :eeek:
