Snuck in a drive last weekend, up over one of my favorite local pass roads. The road is still not officially open for the season, but it has been cleared all the way over. Saw this gigantic snow blower parked by the side of the road at the top and had to get a shot.

That would make short work of my driveway - not just the snow - the whole danged driveway!
 
It was a wicked looking piece of equipment. I bet it's a lot of fun to drive up there -- maybe when I retire from the school district I'll get a job driving the big snow blower. ❄️🛻
 
There is a company in Quesbec that makes those - mostly for runways. A few years ago a couple appeared in the parking lot of a plaza near here - I think it fell into the 'seemed like a good idea at a time' as we rarely get more than a couple of inches at once - and the blowing of it with a machine like that... they went pretty quickly
 
A few (OK, several) years ago I was on a trip with the City Manager of Patterson, CA, a medium size town in California's central valley. The federal government had given them a snow plow. It has not snowed in Patterson in history. The town had to purchase boxes of Ivory detergent to take photos before they sent it back.
