Now it's Florida's turn

My daughter (Alfaretta, GA) and my sister (Carrollton, GA) have both offered to take us in, but the latest track has them in the bulls eye and now they want to come and stay with us here in Myrtle Beach.

History repeats? On this date (Sep 10th) in 1960, Hurricane Donna hit the Keys and then Naples, FL. It was 930mb pressure at core (Irma is now 931mb).

Seems almost ironic that the people on the Georgia coast have moved closer to the storm by evacuating to Macon. We should not get the storm surge here.

People here are buying water like crazy. Was in HD the other day and there was two groups arguing about the last few cases of water. It is still flowing from the taps. Fill containers people!
