Wedge now is the best time of the year to buy a TR8

Every year numerous TR8s pop up for sale around the end of January for relatively short money. Most seem to be cars that have been off the road for some time. The see a car in the garage that they will never get back to and see extra money and space. In another 4 to 6 weeks, there will be a couple or three that will sell for way more than they are worth. The rest of the year, TR8s pretty much change hands for what they are worth. It's a pattern I see year after year. Unfortunately I have not yet found a cheap local TR8 this year, but here are some that are too far away for me to buy. If your looking for a cheap buy in TR8, maybe one of these will work for you. My advice is still always buy the best one you can afford, but for those of you that want to do it the harder, hands on, pay as you go way, here you go.

Some deals there, to be sure!

TWO FOR ONE!

I'd love to get another one, but just don't have the room. :frown:

Now is the time to buy just about any sports car. If it is for sale now, it is most likely because the owner needs the cash and can not wait until May when the value goes up.

The hard part is buying it and dropping it in storage......April can not get here soon enough.

The prices on those TR8's are insanely low. You can fix a lot of faults for $10,000 and some effort.

They only made around 400 TR8 coupes. Most are long gone. I have had 5 of them over the years, two of which are in pieces in the basement awaiting a rebirth someday.
