Hi there, I’m Dennis and have had various British cars off and on for 50 odd years. Currently I have a 1972 MGB, not running of course but I just got the engine back from the machine shop and the overdrive gearbox is going to the gearbox guy next week. Winter project to get the B back on the road for spring.

Hi Dennis! Wow, you've been a memebr for 7 years! Glad you finally jumped in to say hello!

You will find a lot of great folks in the MG forum here so be sure to jump in there too!

Hi Dennis)) Dennis here from Albuquerque! Nice to meet you, we must be around the same age..due to a severe case of amnesia, I recently purchased a '60 TR3A))) now starts the process! It's not in bad shape, the car is from Provo Utah, there's still paint on the frame (I am from Michigan originally...no more rust to deal with)!! I'm about to start taking off the fenders for glass beading. I can't recall where all the bolts are but if I remember correctly, there is one which is much more difficult to get at. Have you ever taken off the fronts on a 3? Once again, nice meeting you!!

Hello Dennis.

There is one bolt that has to be accessed from inside the car. It is just below the windshield stantion bolts.
