Bummer. My local PBS station had a bunch of those episodes they played all the time when I was growing up. A big part of my childhood. Sad news indeed.
I grew up watching her and Tom Baker on Dr. Who. With Netflix I was able to go back and watch the period where she was with John Pertwee (before my time. ). My wife and I loved seeing her in the new episodes, and my daughter is a big fan of her kids show. I was so very sad to hear she had passed.
She's a true case of "they don't make 'em like that any more." And I think that's a shame.
