Around Calgary there are two big car shows to end off the season

The one last weekend just across the mountains in Radium, B.C. was apparently excellent and well-attended, however I couldn't make it... Let's not ask why /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif

The one this weekend - that has had excellent weather in recent years and massive attendance - looks to be a washout with light showers /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cryin.gif

There goes my car show season with a fizzle, I can barely remember the last time I went to a big show or a small show for that matter

*sigh* I'm a wee bit ticked right now, but I suppose there is more to life than just car shows, it just drives me nuts to see photos of the Radium show knowing... /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wall.gif

Hey, thought you went to the British European Car Show in Calgary this year. I couldn't make it, had to be in Wisconsin to move my dad.

Didn't know you were in Wisconsin, Mark. Whereabouts?

Spent a fair amount of time this summer in the Peshtigo area.

Took a break so Dad and I could go to the big car show in Iola. I wore my BCF T shirt and hung around a couple of Triumphs, had a nice visit with BCF members Doyle and Cheapsnake.

I was looking for your car at the British/European show, didn't see it... You'll make it one of these years /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

Just got in from a night out, still raining and it's rained quite hard at some points in the evening *crosses fingers*
