---great shop picts, an "arnolt" cool looking car, kinda reminds me of my 65 alfa sprint coupe, never seen nor heard of one, i guess its the white one in the picts. since i can easily recognize all the others, who made them? what country of origin? what engine and trans are fitted to them? anyone? thanks. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/savewave.gif p.s. wonder if the 1800 volvo fuel injection system could be fitted to a 6 cyl. healey engine since they both used the same s.u. carbs? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yesnod.gif

I used to work at that shop and still have some business dealings with them so I'm pretty close to and kept informed on the current events there.
Not sure about the Volvo injection but as his P1800 Wagon is pristine I don't think he would like the idea of taking off the fuel injection to try it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/nonod.gif
As for the Arnolt...if my recollection is correct and if its not I'm sure one of the MG o'philes can correct me. The MG Arnolts were developed/created by a Chicago area MG Dealer. They are Italian styled/made bodies on an MG TD Chassis and running gear. There were just over 100 (104 0r 106?) Arnolt MG's made. Split nearly evenly between coupes and convertibles. FWIT, a Triumph version (not done by Arnolt) would be the Italia, based on the TR3 chassis and running gear. Arnolt also collaborated with Bristol at one point in time. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/computer.gif
There are a few LBC specialists in Northern Colorado (North of Denver) then a few in Denver as well. It's always interesting to see what continues to come out of the woodwork on occasion.
