As some of you may have noticed, I'm looking at you Bas, I was inactive for a day or two this year. That was just because I was getting divorced and had some legal things to work out as well as some settling into my and the kids new normal. Anyway all is well and I am back sort of kind of, now I won't be on as much as I used to be but it is only because at work our new Big Brother program has blocked the BCF so I can't hop on here during my planning period like I used to. I'm only posting this because I've been a part of the BCF for a day or two no and think of many of you guys as friends and not just pen pals or whatever strangers on the internet are considered to be.

P.S. Bas, thanks for the email checking up on me, I really did appreciate it.

I've been inactive for about 7 years, and suddenly showed up today too. Lol.

Glad to hear things are settling down sort of kind of for you. Just weren't natural without you around!

BTW. I missed all of you too. ;)

"We're gettin' th' band back together!"

I'll take 4 whole fried chickens... and some dry toast.

Geez...Kenny pinkerton...livin and breathin

And here I thought I'd been gone for awhile, how are you doing Kenny?

Hi all. Sometimes life throws us off by events we can't control. When this happens many of us turn away from what used to be our norm. Not sure that's the right thing to do. Hopefully like myself we slowly return to our normal. Sometimes we return in faltering steps that soon become familiar walks.

Well said. Lol. In my case, we had a baby, bought some property and moved our home out to the middle of nowhere. Life held me back from a lot of stuff I wanted to do, but I wouldn't change any of it.

I thought you did live out in the middle of nowhere? Or were you only on the edge of nowhere before?

Nah. We lived about 2 miles from the edge of Tuscaloosa city limits before. Now we live 35 miles from there, the closest small town is 10 miles away. Now closest neighbor is across the road, still 4-500 yards away and we can't see each other's house, the next closest is 1/2 mile away. Nice and quiet here.

I've heard of "Normal" people - but don't know any!
