Not broke down, running great

My advise is only to drive it and don't look for trouble. So what if when you step on it it fart*s a little but then catches and goes like a bat outta H*ll. Don't look for anything other than the enjoyment of driving. If you look hard enough you can always find something to worry about. Just don't look.

Seems like everytime I'm not looking or worring bout somthing to go wrong, Something always goes wrong.

I guess when im driving, Im always just a little apprehensive...

But I try to relax and enjoy the fact that I got home under the own power.

(heck of a thang huh...)

Keep making the wheels go around. Great job!!

<sings> ".....the wheels on Dale's TR go round and round, round and round, round and round, the wheels on Dale's TR go round and round.....all through Puerto Rico..!" :laugh:

I have little kids, can ya tell?!! LOL

<My wife just said it's ME who is the little kid.....she says that like it's a bad thing??!>

I drove the Crypt Car for about an hour today
in heavy stop and go traffic. Several errands-
I'm pretending I have a daily driver now.

The car really ran well and was strong thru
the gears. Started instantly on first crank;
shut down instantly as well.

Dale...Here's one secret that keeps my Triumph running great, and it's just one simple rule:

<span style="font-weight: bold"> Never, ever say anything about how reliable the car is when it's within earshot!</span>

I learned this lesson the hard way while getting ready to drive in a parade. I was chatting with some of my fellow LBC drivers, and while right next to the car commented that "Yeah, it's so reliable I'd have no problem jumping in and driving 300+ miles." Fifteen minutes later, got in to start it for the parade, and she wouldn't start. Crank, crank, crank, but no start. The parade route was downhill, so got to the end and started troubleshooting. Finally discovered a broken temp sensor connector, which was causing the flooding. So never again do I say anything about reliability when the car can hear!

a GI bug of some sort.
