I personally know the guy who is having these made.
He's a Spridget guy from way back and knows his stuff.
We spoke on the phone about this project a few times and he called to let me know 3 have been made and they look great.
 
Not quite my "cup of tea". But interesting.
 
A few years ago, I took some pranged front fenders and played around with my welder for the day.
I ended up with two "slant-nose" fenders that I stuck on the racer temporarily (see below).

I still have those fenders and some day, when all my <span style="font-style: italic">mountains</span> of other projects are finished <span style="font-style: italic">(never!)</span>, I'd like to build a nicer pair of these aero-fenders and fit them to a street Spridget with headlights in the grill.

That, my friend, is the coolest thing I have <span style="font-style: italic">ever </span>seen. :bow:

The image of that car, with headlights-in-grill, reminds me of a swoopy little 1950's British sports car I saw once...but I can't seem to wrap my brain around what it was called. Great...now I'll be up all night puzzling over it.
