NOS Lucas listing on Ebay

FJA, I have not dealt with this ebayer but if you would note that his feedback record is 8316 transaction with a 100% feedback rating,an EXTRODINARY record of positive feedback! You don't get that kind of record stiffing folks. I would say that you can deal with this dealer with not a care in the world.

Good luck, Tinkerman

That's remarkable feedback, and with none mutually withdrawn, either. It's incredible to me that you can sell so much stuff on Ebay and not encounter at least one obnoxious buyer /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Frank-

The seller may be good as Tinkerman notes, but if you are looking for that specific item note that the seller is selling it with a plastic lense- I think that you can get this setup with an actual glass lens if that is your preference.

For example, here is just a couple of UK sources after a quick web search:
Glass 594s

and

Another option..

When I lived in London last year I made a quick purchase on ebay for these lights with amber lenses - quality was okay, but then I later found actual new Lucas pieces with glass - my opinion they were better. Nothing to do with your particular seller, though.

Peter, he had 10 neutrals in the last 12 months against 5256 positives. I would say that the neutrals are statistically insignificant. Julian pegged it with his comments.

Cheers, Tinkerman
